For fan goods distribution, cup sleeves, and photo displays, choose Plan B. For full-day private use and full control over the flow and space, choose Plan C.

Plan B

NT$800 / day・2-5 days

Fan goods distribution and simple decor

Suitable for birthday support, birthday cafes, cup sleeves, photo cards, photo check-ins, small displays, and simple decorations. Events use the designated in-store area, and organizers should be present each day.

Each event period is at least 2 days and up to 5 days. The basic fee shown on the form is NT$800 per day; additional days from day 3 follow the form rules.
Capacity is about 20 people at a time. Recommended total daily attendance is no more than 25 people. Minimum order is one drink per person.
Free use includes display racks, rail racks, display wall, speaker, one pack of green mounting putty, and 8 picture rails. Projector equipment is NT$200 per day.
Small capsule machines are free to rent with a NT$500 deposit per unit. Large capsule machines are NT$100 per day with a NT$500 deposit per set.
Fan goods for distribution should arrive 3 days before the event. The cafe does not receive parcels on behalf of organizers; organizers must bring items themselves.
A NT$1,000 deposit is required to confirm the event. After the event, venue and equipment fees are deducted and the balance is returned.

Full-day private event

Suitable for fan events, parties, craft classes, exhibitions, workshops, reading groups, or private gatherings. Drinks, desserts, and whole cakes can be discussed based on event needs.

Private event hours are 12:00-18:00. Weekdays are NT$5,000 per day, weekends and holidays are NT$8,000 per day. Discounts for 4+ days can be discussed by message.
Recommended attendance is about 20 people or fewer. If the group exceeds 20, please message the cafe first to confirm flow and arrangements.
Private events have a minimum order of 15 drinks. Desserts, drinks, or whole cakes for the event can be discussed in advance.
To confirm the rental, 50% of the total fee is required as deposit. The remaining balance is settled after the event if there is no damage.
Free use includes display racks, rail racks, display wall, capsule machines, speaker, projector equipment, one pack of white mounting putty, and 8 picture rails.

Only one organizer is accepted for Plan B or Plan C in the same period to avoid event conflicts.

Setup and use

If equipment, decor, walls, flooring, or glass are damaged during the event, the organizer is responsible for repair costs.
For posting or decoration, use mounting putty or static stickers that do not damage walls. Avoid tape residue.
For custom desserts, drinks, cookie molds, or whole cakes, please discuss at least one month in advance.

Setup & teardown

Setup and teardown time

Setup may begin after 16:00 the day before the event and should be completed by 18:00. Setup time is generally limited to 2 hours.
Extra setup time may be charged at NT$200 per hour. Setup must be completed by 19:30 at the latest.
Teardown is generally on the final event day from 16:00-18:00. If it falls on a closure day or special situation, timing follows cafe coordination.
