- Whole cakes must be ordered by form at least 3 days in advance, not including pickup day.
- For frozen delivery on a specific arrival date, complete the form at least 5 days in advance, not including arrival day.
- Store pickup requires a deposit equal to half of the total order amount.
- Frozen delivery and self-arranged courier pickup require full payment after ordering.
- Whole cakes do not include disposable plates or forks. Reusable cake plate sets can be added if needed.
- Candles can be selected and purchased at pickup.

- Available only to Taiwan main island.
- Shipping depends on quantity and box count, about NT$160-290.
- Delivery may damage cakes; please consider the risk before ordering.
- If serious damage occurs, photograph it immediately and contact the cafe; they will help communicate with the courier.
Self-arranged courier pickup
- Please arrange your own courier pickup, including taxi, Uber, foodpanda, Lalamove, etc.
- Desserts should not be unrefrigerated for more than 30 minutes. Please evaluate the transport distance.
- Courier transport has damage risk; the cafe can provide photos before the dessert leaves.
